It is made of polypropylene which can be sealed airtight and locked with a padlock (sold separately).  A pressure relief valve is designed so that you don’t need to worry about opening your case in an elevation change. This case will equalize the pressure inside automatically. Here is an added bonus to this case. If you have it full of valuables, all you need to do is extend the handle at the top and tote it around like a suitcase (it has wheels on the bottom to easily move it around). This makes it easier to move your pistols to the gun range and back to your home where you lock them up in your safe.
