Kansas Turkey Hunting
This area of Kansas has three species of turkey’s that you will be hunting; Rio’s, Eastern’s and Hybrid’s.
It’s not uncommon to see two species in the field at the same time! This is a two bird hunt.
This Kansas turkey hunting Outfitter offers semi-guided turkey hunting on thousands of acres of private land in the Flint Hills surrounding Council Grove, Kansas.
This Kansas hunt is for two birds in Unit 2 and varmints can be hunted at no extra charge during your hunt. Fishing is available in one of our ponds for $50 per day. Many of the ponds are loaded with crappie, bass, bluegill and channel catfish.
Kansas turkey hunting tags are available over the counter or on-line. You can find the application and more information at the Kansas Department of Wildlife and Parks website.
*In addition you must purchase the necessary Kansas turkey hunting permits and licenses. You must have a valid hunter’s safety card in your possession if you were born on or after July 1, 1957.

Lodging is provided in either a local motel or a cabin where you can cook your own meals. Meals are not provided. Three full days of Kansas turkey hunting with three nights of lodging. For the do it yourself turkey hunter, this place is a must see.
Upon your arrival the Outfitter will get you settled in and then take you for a tour of the hunting areas. You will have the opportunity to view the property and go over aerial maps that show property lines, roosting areas and other helpful tips. This Kansas land consists of creek and river bottoms, rolling hills with draws and crop land. Crop land consists of milo, wheat, corn and soybeans.
