Hunting season is October through January. The whitetail rut in West Texas normally takes place from mid November through mid-December.

Hunting Method:
You will be whitetail hunting for trophy bucks in dense mesquite thickets, creek bottoms, deep rugged canyons, crop fields, and food plots. You and your guide will have exclusive access to several thousand acres of unpressured Texas whitetail hunting country in Haskell or Throckmorton County. Tower blinds, ground, and tripod stands are placed in strategic positions.

Success Rates and Trophy Quality:
West Texas deer hunting is outstanding to begin with. A strict game management program that includes year-round feeding, food plots, and strict harvest standards makes for high success rates and trophy quality.

West TexasTravel:
They provide transportation while on the hunting property and they can provide transportation to and from an airport for a small fee. American Airlines currently serves Abilene Regional Airport located about 50 miles from the ranch headquarters. Rental cars are available at the airport. Private pilots can fly into the Haskell Municipal Airport located 2 miles north of Haskell if hunting in Haskell. If hunting in Breckenridge, the Stephens County Airport is located 2 miles south of Breckenridge.

Meals and Accommodations:
The meals and accommodations are some of the best in West Texas. This is a family oriented business and they will gladly do their best to accommodate your friends or family should they come along. Non-hunting guests are welcome and may stay at the lodge with meals included for $75 per person per day. They pride themselves on service.
