We had a great time Texas turkey hunting. He has lots of long beards, hogs and deer. My son, Myles, got his turkey within 30 minutes of the first day arriving at the lodge. This ranch was like hunting in a Mississippi river bottom. There are flowing creeks and large trees for the turkeys to roost in. I’ve hunted in Texas since 2009 and I would say this ranch is the best I’ve been at to date. The hospitality of the guide and cook was world class. They were eager to make sure we had the best hunt possible. I look forward in booking another hunt on his ranch. I really don’t care much for shooting hogs or deer in Texas because they are plentiful in Mississippi.
If you know anyone one looking to shoot hogs, deer or turkeys I would defiantly recommend this place. Each time my son and I went into the deep woods chasing turkeys we came upon several hogs and deer.
