South-Central Nebraska trophy whitetail hunts on private farms
This Outfitters’ commitment to their clients is shown in their dedication and our work ethic on a daily basis. While they cannot guarantee every client is going to take home a trophy animal, we know you will not find a harder working, more dedicated group of guides in the country.

This Outfitter has a long history in South-Central Nebraska and their family has been hunting whitetail there for over 70 years. Just south of Smithfield, Nebraska (pop. 60) lays Turkey Creek Farms bought by his Great Grandfather in 1935.
This farm has raised four generations of hard working, dedicated farmers and hunters living off of the land and it along with additional hunting leases currently cover over 30,000 acres in six counties of Southern Nebraska with vast holdings of wild turkey, mule deer, whitetail and upland game consisting of open rolling land, crop fields, river frontage, and creek bottoms right in the middle of the Corn Belt Region. The original homestead has been converted into a hunting Lodge.
- Archery Season: mid-September through December (crossbows are legal in Nebraska)
- Rifle Season: mid-November during the rut

This Nebraska Whitetail Hunting Outfitter is a 100% Fair Chase Outfitter and do not tolerate game violations. You will be expected to hunt within the confines of Nebraska State Law. They use Darkwoods Blinds, lock-on stands, or ladderstands to hunt from. Under the right conditions, they will sometimes spot-and-stalk, as well as stand/blind hunting tactics.
Success Rates and Trophy Quality
Nebraska is currently the #14th ranked state in the nation for number of entries, or quantity of entries of whitetail deer in the record books. Really an amazing state when this it holds only half the deer other states present in population totals. This Outfitter asks our hunters to hold out for deer bigger than 135” class or 4 ½ years of age and older. Their Quality Deer Management Program provides excellent trophy quality, and they have established a minimum score of 135″.
Most hunters fly into Nebraska, and the outfitter uses a Taxi Service from Lincoln/Omaha Airports to the ranch.
All Nebraska big game and small game licenses and habitat stamps can be purchased at the Nebraska Game and Parks Commission website. We will be more than happy to assist you with permit information if need be.
The lodges are warm, comfortable, and filled with the amenities you would expect; warm bedding, great kitchens, and an inviting atmosphere to retell the stories of the days hunt. These lodges are provided exclusively for hunting clients and guides.
