Success Rates
There is no guaranteed harvest with free range hunts. Estate or High Fence Hunts will guarantee the “Opportunity” to harvest a deer within the chosen Trophy Class. If you draw blood while attempting to harvest a deer during an Estate Hunt, the deer will be considered dead and you will be responsible for full payment. Reasonable efforts will be made to recover any wounded deer. Guides will do everything possible to ensure a successful hunt.

Guides
All guides are experienced hunters and certified in first aid and CPR. Upon arrival and signing of waiver, guides will assist guests to shooting range to sight in rifles, shotguns, muzzleloader, pistol, or bow. A guide will accompany hunters at all times during the Estate Hunt, including game processing/caping, and a DVD of the hunt. Guides will assist Estate hunters in selection of deer within their trophy class. All free-range hunts will be semi-guided including transportation to and from hunting location, game retrieval and processing. Caping and processing is available at an additional cost. *When game has been wounded, do not immediately track. Guides will assist with tracking and removal of game.

Accommodations
The lodge offers deluxe accommodations with delicious meals and professional service custom designed to fit for your family, hunting friends, corporate retreats or impressing a special client. All of this plus much more on over 3,000 acres of high fence hunting property.

Located only 30 minutes from Lexington, it offers two sporting clay courses, five stand, pistol pits and a rifle range.
