Concerned about your fitness level for the big hunt? Most of us are. One thing to keep in mind while prepping to hunt, hike, etc is to be properly hydrated and maintain hydration during the activity. Water alone is not always the best as we need electrolytes. Proper nutrition will help but it can be helpful if you drink a water based hydration system. Gatorade, Poweraid, and others can give your body what it needs.
