One of our South African PH’s has recently teamed up with a hunting society for disabled hunters in South Africa. The aim of this society has mainly been to promote the awareness of hunting under disabled South African hunters, and allow them the opportunity to experience the thrill of the hunt for themselves. Through this collaboration, they can now offer disabled hunters a wide range of hunting opportunities catering specifically to their needs. The members of the society are more in tune with the requirements related to persons with disabilities and also have access to some great disabled-hunter friendly hunting areas and lodges and will be closely involved with all disabled hunting efforts. Breakthrough technology in the form of a 4×4 wheelchair now also allows the hunter to partake in the hunt without the assistance of others or hunting from the back of a vehicle. The use of these wheelchairs will also be available to clients within the next month or so.
If you would like any more information on happenings related to this disabled hunting project, please feel free to contact us.
