Blogs We Read

I subscribe to quite a few blogs and I come accross some cool stuff while reading them. Here are some of my favorites:

Base Camp Legends, always on the move has added a bunch of cool new stuff to their site. You can now share your videos, and check out their forum I think it’s gonna be a good one. They also recently became an Outdoors International hunting and fishing broker.

Double Tough Outdoors is a new blog that I just found. I liked this story about a rare albino mule deer that was photographed near Meeker, Colorado a couple years ago. It reminded me of a picture I took of an albino mule deer a long time ago. I’ll have to blog about it. I also came across a product review for the Thermacell Bug Repellant System. I’ve always wondered if they worked and it seems they do.

The Outdoor News Guy has an interesting blog written from the perspective of a Conservation Officer. If you have a bird dog, the Hunting Dog Training Blog is a good resource for training tips and ideas. I also enjoy reading the hunting and fishing stories from Simply Outdoors and Addicted To Hunting. Well, that’s not all of the good blogs that I read, I’ll try to let you know of good ones that I find as I hunt them down.

On a final note, for all of you Outdoor Bloggers, I highly suggest that you join the Outdoor Bloggers Summit. They do a good job of bringing us all together.
